UniKL are on 16 points and will play BPSS-Thunderbolt on May 23. BJSS are third with 14 points.

BPSS-Thunderbolt are aiming to beat BJSS on Friday so that they will be a firmer position to take the title when they play Unikl.

Coach Wan Roslan Wan Abdul Rahman said that their aim is to win every match and try and win the title.

“We have a good chance and it is a matter of winning the matches. We knew from the start that these two teams will be the main challengers.

“We will not discount any of the two teams from winning as well. We have to do what is required by us,”he said.

BPSS-Thunderbolt will go into the match without their star player Faisal Saari. Faisal is in Ipoh playing for the national team in the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup.

“My players are not going to cave in and we hope to improve our performance and not give them room to get the goals,” he said.

UnikL will play BPSS Juniors but they will have an eye on the BJSS=BPSS-Thunderbolt tie.

But UniKL also need to be careful as BPSS Juniors are also in a mood to win as they need points to make the cut for the quarter-finals.
